Let us introduce ourselves!!

We are Tracy & Kevin, together we are the TK's Wild Gourmet Team
Our story begins with Tracy's years of experience in Commercial Kitchens & Bakeries,
coupled with the fact we both enjoy a passion for cooking.
We have a place on the coast (East Coast in North Island, NZ) so naturally we love the sea,
and the fishing but we also love the outdoors in general.
We hunt and fish for ourselves, and enjoy creating yummy meals with what we catch & harvest.
This has lead to us getting many requests to share our wonderful foods & creations.
Trac has long held a passion for her pies, so it was really a no brainer to start out creating pies with a point of difference, not just your usual run of the mill type pies,
but Gourmet Wild Food Pies.
Our Wild food recipes cooked to what we believe is perfection, and then wrapped in Trac's Buttery Flaky Pastry crust, is proving to be super popular.
While Tracy is the Head Chef, Kev is vital to the team ensuring that Admin & regulatory side is up to date and running smoothly, although this does not mean you won't find him in the kitchen decked out in his scrubs as well ...
And so here our Journey begins,
We have put together a menu of favourites, this includes our Off The Beaten Track menu which encompasses wild, game and free range farm meats, our Paua To The People menu which was created to show case our wonderful Pauas (Abalone), our Vitamin Sea, everyone needs their Vitamin sea!! which showcases our awesome crayfish, scallops, squid & prawns, but what about the classic's? so we added in the Iconic Bacon & Egg & an amazing Hangi pie as well.
It would be neglectful not to to have a sweet selection as well to compliment the menu, so syaing we have the Sweet As pies as well.
Our pie fillings are slow cooked to infuse all flavours & then baked into pies, then quick frozen for delivery to you, as this way they travel well and are convenient for you to pop into the oven, air fryer etc to heat through and enjoy.
We are happy to bake a minimum of 8 pies to bulk orders, so if you have a gathering or family time, our pies are for you....
Along with our Gourmet Pie Range, we offer our popular BIG DADDY Family size pie range from our Off The Beaten Track menu.
Another passion for us, are Traditional CAMP OVEN BREADS, which we use the tradition recipe perfected during our bush camp days, and refined with some choice flavours for a bit of variety.
These are very popular & sort after... be it the Great White, the Hot Cross Bun loaf, or the Italian & Olive...

We operate a Registered & Verified Private Kitchen in the beautiful Wairarapa (NZ) and are thrilled to be baking for YOU.
We have an absolute passion for the wild, the outdoors and fantastic gourmet comfort foods.
All of our pies are encrusted with a mouthwatering flakey buttery pastry that compliments the delicious wild fillings packed with punches of flavour, nutrition & protein.
With 16+ years in the Baking & Catering Industry, we want to share our own home bake delights with you all........





ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS
Minimum Order of Eight Pies at any one order
Orders to be placed by 8.00pm Mondays.
We Bake Tuesday & Wednesday, and deliver FREE on Thursday to a designated location in the Masterton CBD.
